Tough one to rate, I'm not into negative reviews but in this case it has to be done. As for the product it is definitely 5 out 5 stars, gave an old 2011 Hyundai a new life. Unfortunately had a very bad response to a question and ended up being called a very offensive name, and then doubled down again when told it wasn't appreciated, 1 out of 5 for service, split difference so 3 out 5 stars. Look forward to 5 star reviews on all products in the future.
I had a fair bit of grease and oils on my BMW leather steering wheel and this product absolutely worked as advertised. Came back to brand new and a nice matte finish. Would highly recommend to others.

Hey Rob and Phil. John from Middleton Grange. I placed an order this morning for the wheel brush set. Amazing product. Gets right in there and is very sturdy. Most other on the market are costly and don’t seem to last with poor build quality. The fact you can also adjust the angle also helps to get right behind the spokes. Perfect for regular maintenance without having to take off the wheel. Yes, I am quite ocd. Secondly, I appreciate the same day delivery (within 2hrs if that) and on a weekend. I note I did opt to pick up but the extra service and going out to hand deliver over a weekend is incredible. I was aiming for a next weekend clean but was able to get it done this weekend! Awesome work gents!
This product is great for the tyres as it doesnt leak off onto the rims. It's also great for the plastic side mirror covers and bumpers. Will definitely purchase again.
This was my second order for the drying towel. I ordered the second one because I was sooo impressed with the first one that I needed a second one !!!! It was delivered in a very timely manner again and it was in perfect condition … I would certainly recommend this product of yours to anyone who is interested in this product. Oh it really does work so well and it absorbs water far better than any sponge and it leaves an absolutely clean streak free finish !!!! I use it all the time on my MX5 Sports Car and a lot of people in my Club always have highly complementary comments on the shiny finish and highly polished effect on my car !!!! The light and features are absolutely brilliant Can't lie what is lit up helps quote jobs and helps you in bad light I think everyone should get one off the boys from smooth as car detail that way keeps the detailers upto scratch on there work and keeps cars smooth
